Flower Order Details Form Setup Guide
A flower-order details form should separate the card message from arrangement preferences. This tutorial collects an occasion, colour choice, recipient name, and substitution preference. Use COLY to attach these details to the floral product so the florist can read one clear order brief.

Try the storefront example
Enter sample order details. Try each choice and use Phone width to check the form. This example shows the COLY fields; your theme supplies the product and purchase button.
This example uses COLY storefront code with sample data and the settings below. Your theme’s fonts and available width can change the result. Example links show their destination; purchase controls use a sample cart. Use the checks below to confirm the finished setup in your store.

Does a colour preference guarantee a specific flower?
A colour preference is different from a promise to supply a particular flower. Explain seasonal substitutions in the product content and offer only choices your florist can honour. Keep the delivery address and shipping method in checkout, where the actual delivery service is selected.
- Agree on colour options and substitution wording with the florist. Explain what each choice means before adding fields.
- Create concise card fields and a separate arrangement-note field so instructions are not printed by mistake.
- If contact-first substitutions are offered, confirm your team has a working contact process and the necessary order contact details.
- Submit a test order with a card message and a substitution preference, then inspect the florist’s order view.
Read the COLY setup guide for the full app controls and placement options.
Check the finished setup
- Confirm that the card recipient is not treated as a replacement checkout shipping name.
- Check that a florist-choice order can complete without a named flower request.
- Verify that the team can identify contact-first orders before making a substitution.
Common mistakes
- Do not promise an exact flower variety from a general colour choice.
- Do not describe a preference field as a confirmed delivery booking.
Supported use
This plan collects product order details. It does not configure fees, stock, appointments, or shipping services. Check plan access for conditional fields. Test each purchase route in your theme and verify that the intended details reach the order before you accept custom work.
COLY features, current app plans, and COLY conditional logic explain the supported setup.
