Pack Dimensions Directory Setup Guide
A pack dimensions directory helps trade buyers and collection customers plan handling and transport. This table lists each package separately when an item ships in more than one box. Table Master can search the item code and show all related package records together.

Try the storefront example
Choose DEMO-DESK to show both boxes and a current-page gross weight total of 21 kg. Reset, then change pages to see why a page total is not the total of the full database.

Use these settings in your store
Open your table view, then select Design.
- Table colors → Design template: Ocean blue.
- Cell padding: set Top, Bottom, Left, and Right to 8 px.
- Table style → Text alignment: Left.
- Table style → Rounded corners: Medium (6px).
Save the table view. Check it in your theme. Your theme controls the font and available width.
This example uses Table Master storefront code with sample data and the settings below. Your theme’s fonts and available width can change the result. Example links show their destination; purchase controls use a sample cart. Use the checks below to confirm the finished setup in your store.
Build it in Table Master
- In Table Master, create a database from Google Sheets or a spreadsheet file. Put the headings below in the first row and one record on each following row. Import only public storefront data.
- Create a table view from that database. In Column type, set text identifiers to String. Set measurements and amounts to Number. Keep each unit in its heading.
- Use Number for dimensions and gross weight. Put each box on a separate row and keep Box 1 of 2 style labels.
- In Column type, enable Show sum in footer for Gross weight kg. The existing renderer sums the current page, not every row in the database.
- Use item-code search or a filter to retrieve all boxes. Check pagination before using a footer value in a handling plan.
- Save and publish the table view. Open the target page template in the theme editor. Add the Table Master app block and choose the table view. Save the theme and test the public page.
Example settings
- The starting design is Ocean blue with 8 px padding, left-aligned text, and Medium (6 px) rounded corners. In Design, choose Ocean blue under Table colors → Design template. Set all four Cell padding values to 8. Under Table style, choose Left for Text alignment and Medium (6px) for Rounded corners. Try the other presets and corner sizes above; Reset example restores this starting design.
- This example uses a standard table with Responsive table enabled and row borders. On phones, use the row control to read columns that do not fit. Use the starting design above before you compare the result.

Use these values for a test. Replace them with checked product data, published destinations, and offers that your store can supply.

How should a package table describe products shipped in several boxes?
Product dimensions describe the assembled item; package dimensions describe the shipment. Keep those facts separate. A multi-box item needs a box number and total package count so customers do not assume one row describes the entire order. State whether weight includes packing material.
- Measure packed saleable units or use approved packing specifications. Identify every package in a multi-box product.
- Replace the sample item codes and measurements. Keep gross weight numeric and put the unit in the heading.
- Import the spreadsheet and configure item-code search. Keep all package rows available for a matching item.
- Place this table in a delivery or collection guide and link to assembled product dimensions when customers also need room-fit information.

Check the finished setup
- Search DEMO-DESK in the sample and confirm that both package rows appear.
- Sum the package weights only when your source records use the same gross-weight definition.
- Check the package count against the warehouse packing list for the current product revision.
Common mistakes
- Do not claim that package measurements prove a vehicle or doorway fit.
- Do not treat the sample gross weights as carrier billable weights or shipping rates.
